When I was first recommended to see Nigel I had been diagnosed with cervical spondylitis. I was in severe pain, had very restricted movement in my arms and neck and was feeling quite depressed. After my very first visit the pain went away for about 4 hours. This gave me hope. Now six months later I only have an occasional twinge in my one shoulder and my movement is returning in my arms. I now feel confident that I will get back to normal health and fitness. I cannot thank Nigel enough for his work and support during a very traumatic time. I will always be grateful, and I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to the one I was in to see a Chiropractor. Don’t give up hope and think that you have to just put up with the pain.
